Furkan Korkmaz Drops Career-High 24 Points Off Bench
5 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers shooting guard/small forward Furkan Korkmaz set new career highs during Friday’s win over the Chicago Bulls by knocking down six triples en route to 24 points. The Turkish-born sharpshooter found his rhythm from deep, finishing 6-for-9 from behind the arc, also adding in four rebounds across his 27 minutes. He entered the game having scored in single digits in eight of his last nine contests, which makes him a difficult fantasy commodity to trust, but with Joel Embiid (hand) still sidelined, there have been additional shots to go around, which could pave the way for him in DFS on Saturday against the Knicks.
