5 years agoSan Antonio Spurs shooting guard/small forward DeMar DeRozan just missed out on a triple-double on Sunday as he tallied 20 points, nine rebounds and nine assists in the close win over the Heat. DeRozan was excellent as he nailed seven of 16 from the floor while making all six of his attempts at the line and he also chipped in a steal while missing his only attempt from three. The Spurs are just a game and a half back of the eighth-place Grizzlies and with this, it seems the DeRozan trade rumors have cooled off. San Antonio plays again on Monday when they face the Suns, who the Spurs have just a half lead over in the Western Conference.--Gianni Costantiello
