5 years agoOklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams has been ruled out for the second half of Monday’s game versus the Houston Rockets due to a sprained left ankle. His absence creates a chasm in the Thunder frontcourt with Nerlens Noel (ankle) already having been ruled out prior to tip-off. Prior to his departure, Adams missed two shots and two free throws across his two minutes. Mike Muscala is the only remaining center that Oklahoma City has at its disposal, with Adams’ next chance to return to action coming Wednesday against the Magic.--Jesse Borek
