Malcolm Brogdon To Miss Friday’s Contest
5 years agoIndiana Pacers point/shooting guard Malcolm Brogdon has been ruled out for Friday’s game against the Golden State Warriors due to a concussion that he sustained Wednesday versus Phoenix. Brogdon’s absence will pave the way for Aaron Holiday and T.J. McConnell to see a larger workload, although who slides into the starting five may not necessarily indicate the player likely to see a bigger role. With the absence, Brogdon will have missed nine of his team’s last 16 games. His next chance at getting back into the mix comes Sunday against Portland, but even that would mean a rapid recovery from an injury as unpredictable as a concussion.
