5 years agoOrlando Magic shooting guard/small forward Evan Fournier reached the 30-point plateau for the fourth time this season during Friday’s loss to the Boston Celtics. While his role in the offense has been considerable over the last calendar month, nearly everything was working for Fournier on Friday en route to him shooting 11-for-19 from the floor overall, including going 5-for-10 from behind the arc. He also added five rebounds, his highest total in an outing since Nov. 8. There are multiple mouths to feed in the Magic offense, but Fournier is a legitimate scoring threat on a nightly basis, one who draws a stingy matchup Sunday against a stout Clippers defensive unit.--Jesse Borek
