5 years agoCleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love scored 20 points with seven rebounds, six triples, and two assists in a 115-100 victory over the Detroit Pistons. Love was hot in this one and posted his best three-point percentage- on five or more attempts- on the season. Most impressively, he did it in just 24 minutes because of the lead the Cavs built up. The veteran has had several good games shooting the three-ball this year but up until this recent five-game stretch, he had yet to catch fire from deep. Love has averaged 4.2 triples per game on 49 percent shooting from the arc in this span. The former UCLA star is set up nicely for his next two contests, with matchups against the Pelicans and Raptors, both of whom rank in the bottom half in opponent three-pointers made per game.--Tim Capurso
