5 years agoIndiana Pacers shooting guard Victor Oladipo took the floor as a reserve for Wednesday’s victory over the Chicago Bulls with his return ultimately making the difference in the win column. Oladipo scuffled to the tune of a 2-for-8 shooting performance, but one of those makes tied the game in the waning seconds of regulation, forcing overtime and eventually leading to an Indiana triumph. Oladipo, who had been sidelined since sustaining a ruptured quad Jan. 23, 2019, was limited to 21 minutes off the bench and will continue to see a minutes restriction heading into the All-Star break. He ultimately finished with nine points, four assists and two rebounds and will be a finicky DFS play over the next few weeks due to his capped minutes ceiling. But season-long owners that can wait out his test run will enjoy the benefits of his leading the second unit Saturday against New York.--Jesse Borek
