5 years agoNew York Knicks power forward/center Julius Randle finished Wednesday’s loss to the Memphis Grizzlies with 16 points, 14 rebounds and six assists, giving him another stuffed stat sheet, which has become par for the course in January. Despite his strong overall statistics, his struggles from long range have become endemic, now shooting 1-for-20 from beyond the arc over his last six games. Even with that hurdle to climb, Randle has remained a vital cog in the New York offense, which bodes well entering play Saturday against Indiana, whom he logged a double-double against in their most recent meeting Dec. 7.--Jesse Borek
