5 years agoThe Sacramento Kings will be severely short-handed at the center slot for Saturday’s contest against the Los Angeles Lakers, as Dewayne Dedmon has been ruled out due to an illness. Dedmon had started each of Sacramento’s previous five contests with Marvin Bagley (foot) and Richaun Holmes (shoulder) out of the mix, but the absence of the triumvirate should pave the way for Harry Giles to see a considerable workload. Dedmon’s next chance at taking the floor comes Monday against Minnesota.--Jesse Borek
