5 years agoBrooklyn Nets point/shooting guard Spencer Dinwiddie racked up a team-best 26 points during Saturday’s loss to the Washington Wizards, attempting 23 shots, his highest single-game output since Dec. 30. Dinwiddie knocked down four triples Saturday, his third consecutive contest with that many makes from deep. In addition to the scoring, he led the team in assists with six and added four boards. Kyrie Irving’s injury late in the fourth quarter could once again set Dinwiddie on the path of elite fantasy ownership, even as he has continued to excel with Irving back in the mix, having reeled off four straight showings with at least 20 points.--Jesse Borek
