5 years agoSan Antonio Spurs forward DeMar DeRozan cooled off from his red-hot run on Thursday night in a 125-117 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. In the 10 games before Thursday's loss, the former-Raptor was scoring at will averaging 25.4 points on 52.4 percent shooting from the field. Those numbers set the bar so high that his 21 points on 6-for-16 shooting on Thursday were almost disappointing. He made up for it in the other categories by adding seven rebounds, six assists, three steals, and hitting all nine of his free throw attempts. Fantasy managers will hope it was just a one-night dip from the small forward and that he can get back to his recent form on Saturday night against Sacramento.--Euan Leith
