5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies center Jonas Valanciunas had a busy day on the glass on Sunday against Washington, picking up 18 rebounds in a 106-99 win. Sadly he only had eight points on 4-for-8 shooting, so owners couldn't celebrate a double-double. Valanciunas also recorded a pair of blocks in the game. The 27-year-old center is off to a hot start to the month, averaging 14 points, 13.8 rebounds and 2.5 blocks with 61 percent shooting. He'll face a big battle next on Wednesday when the Grizzlies host Portland and Hassan Whiteside, who leads the league in blocks and is third in rebounding.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
