5 years agoCharlotte Hornets point/shooting guard Malik Monk continued his recent run of impressive scoring during Monday’s victory over the Detroit Pistons, collecting 17 points on 5-for-10 shooting overall as a reserve. For the first time all season, Monk has knocked down multiple three-pointers in three straight games, having also added three rebounds and three steals to his stat sheet. Charlotte appears content with handing him double-digit shot attempts on a nightly basis, which gives him considerable DFS punt play appeal Wednesday versus Minnesota, in addition to deep season-long league interest.--Jesse Borek
