5 years agoToronto Raptors power forward/center Serge Ibaka has been given the green light to play in Wednesday’s game versus the Brooklyn Nets after previously being tagged as questionable due to an illness. Ibaka missed the team’s previous outing and will reclaim his spot in the starting five with Marc Gasol (hamstring) unavailable. In 20 prior starts this year, Ibaka has averaged 18.7 points and 8.9 rebounds, shooting an excellent 57 percent overall. His role come the second half is less clear, but Wednesday should mark one last hurrah of significant upside.--Jesse Borek
