5 years agoMemphis Grizzlies point guard JA Morant missed all five attempts from deep, but still managed to end Wednesday's 111-104 win over Portland with 20 points, nine assists and one steal. He shot 9-for-23 from the floor and made both of his free throws. Morant, who finished last week with his first career triple-double, has scored 20-plus points in three of his past four games. His efficiency has been up and down, but he can now work on it during the All-Star break. The Grizzlies restart the season in Sacramento, where Morant is set to meet with De'Aaron Fox in a fascinating battle. The 20-year-old rookie has averaged 18 points and 5.5 assists in two appearances against the Kings this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
