5 years agoLos Angeles Lakers point/shooting guard Alex Caruso (hamstring) has been ruled out for Tuesday’s contest versus the Philadelphia 76ers. Caruso’s absence marks his second straight game on the sidelines, likely paving the way for Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Quinn Cook to see additional minutes and shot attempts with the second unit. Caruso holds little season-long fantasy value, but his absence could bottleneck more opportunities to healthy Lakers. His next chance to get back into action comes Friday against the Bucks.--Jesse Borek
