Buddy Hield Drops 22 Points On Saturday
5 years agoSacramento Kings guard Buddy Hield scored 22 points for the second-straight game and helped his team to a 123-111 win over the Portland Trail Blazers. Hield came off the bench on Saturday, and in 26 minutes he shot 8-for-14 from the field and 6-for-9 from three-point range, while adding three rebounds, three assists, and two steals. His six three-pointers were a big reason that the Kings were able to tie a franchise record with 21 made deep balls in the game. Sacramento is 14-6 since Hield's benching earlier this season. However, these back-to-back 22-point performances show that the former-Oklahoma Sooner still has a lot of value as we enter the final month of the regular season.
