Marcus Morris Can't Make One Bucket On Sunday
5 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forward Marcus Morris finished Sunday's 112-103 loss to the Lakers with one point, six rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 29 minutes. The 30-year-old's production has dipped for the worse since being traded from the Knicks last month. He has not scored more than 18 points in any of the 11 games he has played in Los Angeles. On top of that, he has scored in single digits during five of his 11 games with the team. Morris' decline is eye-opening as he now averages 10.4 points per game on his new squad compared to 19.6 points with New York. The forward's production has really taken a major hit and been cut in half, thus weakening the promising fantasy value he had gained in the Big Apple. Because he is not an elite scorer with L.A., you can fade the Kansas product in fantasy.
