LaMarcus Aldridge Returns To Lineup With 24 Points
5 years agoSan Antonio Spurs forward LaMarcus Aldridge made his return to the hardwood against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday after a six-game absence. In a 119-109 win, Aldridge was effective in his first game since Feb. 23 and recorded 24 points, two rebounds, two assists, four blocks, and tied a season-high with three steals in 37 minutes. The No. 2 pick from the 2006 draft is averaging career-highs in blocks (1.6) and threes (1.2), to go along with his 18.9 points and 7.4 rebounds. If he can stay healthy, Aldridge will be a welcome reinforcement for fantasy teams looking for a boost down the stretch of their roto leagues or in the playoffs of head-to-head leagues.
