Josh Jacobs Pegged As An Early MVP Candidate
4 years agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs has been labeled as a potential MVP candidate this upcoming year, according to a recent article posted by Dan Hanzus of NFL.com. Despite shoulder issues relegating his productivity while also limiting him to 13 games, the sophomore back finished his rookie season with 1,150 yards and seven rushing touchdowns on 242 attempts. Though he has been rumored not to be as heavily featured catching passes out of the backfield, he is expected to see an improvement on the ground, primarily with an upgraded passing attack. Look for the 22-year-old to be a first-round fantasy pick in all formats heading into the 2020 campaign.
