4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans forward Darius Miller (Achilles) is not expected to be ready to play by the beginning of the NBA restart. The team has signed guard Sindarius Thornwell as a substitute player in case Miller is unable to play. Thornwell has not played in the NBA this season, but spent two years with the Clippers prior to 2019. He hasn't made much of an impact during his time on the court. He'll likely just be an insurance piece who won't see many minutes off the bench.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
