4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers guard C.J. McCollum will sit out of Tuesday's scrimmage against the Oklahoma City Thunder. It doesn't sound like McCollum is hurt, but the organization wants to make sure he is fully healthy for the actual games starting Friday. McCollum will be asked to carry a heavy load on offense if Damian Lillard (foot) is not ready by the re-opening. Until then, Anfernee Simons and Gary Trent Jr. will see additional playing time without McCollum on the court Tuesday. Neither player will have much fantasy value once McCollum and Lillard are back.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
