Gleyber Torres Hurt After Being Hit In His Right Elbow
4 years agoNew York Yankees shortstop Gleyber Torres required an extended period of rest after being hit in the elbow with a 95 mph fastball on Thursday. Torres stayed in the game as a baserunner following the pitch but was clearly in pain after being hit and was looked at by trainers. It’s encouraging that Torres was able to remain in the game, but his elbow may flare-up over the next couple of days, and fantasy players should keep an eye on Torres’s elbow over his next few games.
