4 years agoNew York Yankees shortstop Gleyber Torres will get a routine day off on Monday versus the Philadelphia Phillies and Jake Arrieta. Torres was a popular candidate to take his game to next level this season, but has struggled early on with a .179 batting average and just one home run. The hope is that all Torres needs is a day off to clear his mind and that he can get back in the groove with Monday off and Tuesday’s game being postponed.
