4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers center Hassan Whiteside (hip) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. Whiteside mentioned that he was dealing with a hip issue during Thursday's game. The team will keep him out of this one as a precaution. His playing time has taken a hit with the return of Jusuf Nurkic. Whiteside's absence won't make a huge impact on the rotation. Nurkic and Zach Collins will see increased playing time without Whiteside on the court. Both of them could make for intriguing DFS options for Saturday's slate.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
