4 years agoTampa Bay Rays right-handed pitcher Charlie Morton could be brought back to the Major League roster as soon as this weekend after coming out of his latest bullpen session with no injury concerns. Morton has been sidelined since Aug. 9 due to a shoulder ailment, having compiled a 5.40 ERA across his first four starts. Opponents have hit Morton hard in 2020, with his 37% Hard Hit % and 90.8 MPH average exit velocity ranking well below average. Should he get back on the hill this weekend, he’d be tasked with facing a Blue Jays offense that is currently without it’s best player this season (Bo Bichette), making Morton a high-upside DFS play.--Jesse Borek
