Shallow League Streamers (50% Rostered)

Kyle Freeland (SP, COL) - 56% Rostered

Kyle Freeland has started the season throwing very well with a 2.87 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, and 24 K across 37.2 IP. This resurgence is great to see, especially after he had a down year in 2019. Thursday, he gets a solid matchup vs. the Diamondbacks who have struggled vs left-handed pitching as of late. In the previous two weeks, the Diamondbacks have struggled mightily to score runs vs. lefties as they have posted a wRC+ of just 45, which ranks 29th in the league.

Deeper League Streamers (25% Rostered)

Stephen Piscotty (OF, OAK) - 20% Rostered

Piscotty has been raking over the last seven days as he is slashing .310/.310/.483 with two doubles, one HR, 8 RBI, and one stolen base. He has done well against right-handed pitching in 2020 as noted by his .507 SLG and .824 OPS. On Thursday, he will be facing Jordan Lyles, who has struggled vs all hitters in 2020. He has allowed a 15.82 ERA to righties and has also allowed four HR to them.

Robbie Grossman (OF, OAK) - 36% Rostered

Grossman is another Oakland A that gets a shot at Jordan Lyles on Thursday. Grossman is having a strong season where he is slashing .263/.416/.550 with 12 R, four HR, 14 RBI, four SB, and 17 BB. He is clearly providing in all categories, but his power metrics have been helped by right-handed pitching as he has smacked all four of his HR off righties.

Kevin Pillar (OF, BOS) - 17% Rostered

While Ryu may be a tough matchup, it cannot be denied that Pillar has hit lefties well this season and in his career. In 2020, Pillar has hit all three of his HR vs. left-handed pitching and is posting an .869 OPS off of them. Ryu has been tough to start 2020, but has allowed seven doubles and two HR to right-handed hitters. It is also highly likely that Pillar will be leading off in this contest as he has been leading off against lefties this season.

Deepest League Streamers (10% Rostered)

Harrison Bader (OF, STL) - 2% Rostered

Harrison Bader has been hot recently as he is slashing .353/.476/1.000 with three doubles, one triple, and two HR over the previous seven days. He will be facing off against Derek Holland, who has struggled vs. right-handed hitters as noted by his 55 doubles and 45 HR allowed since 2018.

Luis Garcia (2B/SS, WAS) - 5% Rostered

Luis Garcia has been a pleasant surprise for the Nationals in recent weeks. He has been especially good vs. right-handed pitching as he has slashed .370/.393/.459 with two doubles and one HR across 28 AB. He will be going up against Spencer Howard who has been awful vs. left-handed hitters in 2020 as evidenced by his 13.52 FIP and three HR allowed in just five IP. Garcia has also been hitting in the six-hole when facing right-handers, so keep that in mind when deciding to plug him in.

Jose Martinez (OF/TB) - 3% Rostered

Jose Martinez gets another matchup vs. a left-handed pitcher in John Means. Means has struggled vs. righties as noted by his 11.88 ERA and 9.25 FIP against them so far in 2020. Martinez has been strong vs. left-handers during his career as he has posted a .968 OPS with 16 HR across 298 AB.
