4 years agoToronto Raptors forward Chris Boucher has been extended a qualifying offer by the organization. That means that Boucher is a restricted free agent, so the team can match any offer he receives. Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka are unrestricted free agents and are allowed to sign anywhere they want. Boucher could find himself with significant playing time in Toronto, assuming both Gasol and Ibaka sign elsewhere. Boucher could have late-round draft appeal, but wait and see what the Raptors do this offseason.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
