4 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard Luka Doncic was very close to his first triple-double of the season on Sunday, finishing a blowout win over the Clippers with 24 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists. Luka still struggled with his shot, and he's now managed only 2-for-16 from downtown this season, but a superb team effort resulted in a very easy win. The Mavs now get a couple of nights off before returning to court on Wednesday against Charlotte. It's a great matchup for Doncic, as the Hornets have really struggled against opposing backcourts early in the season, even allowing OKC guard George Hill to enjoy a 21-point night in just 24 minutes of action.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
