Stephen Curry Torches Chicago For 36-Point Showing In Win
4 years agoGolden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry went for a game-high 36 points on 11-for-25 shooting during Sunday's victory over the Bulls. Curry has been expected to see a considerable offensive workload on a nightly basis due to Klay Thompson's (knee) absence, and he once again cashed in on that expectation in his third game of the year. In addition to going 5-for-15 from behind the arc, Curry added six assists, two rebounds, two steals, and two blocks to showcase his tremendous all-around upside. Moving forward, Golden State will go as Curry goes, and when facing defensively lax squads, the Warriors' sharpshooter will be in prime position to be both a major season-long contributor and a slatebreaker in DFS. He is in line for another such opportunity Tuesday when he faces the Pistons.
