4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans small/power forward Brandon Ingram poured in 28 points for the second consecutive game during Sunday's win over the Spurs. Ingram also added 11 rebounds to account for his second double-double of the season, also adding in six assists. With the Pelicans having kept their rotation to just eight players, it comes as no surprise that Ingram got up 23 shots. After shooting just two free throws in the season opener, Ingram has received double-digit attempts at the line in each game since. He remains New Orleans' offensive catalyst on a nightly basis, and with considerable help surrounding him, the reigning Most Improved Player has shown that he can still see his stat line increase considerably. His next showing comes Tuesday versus the Suns, whom he has logged at least 21 points against in each of their last four matchups.--Jesse Borek
