4 years agoLos Angeles Lakers point guard Alex Caruso has been ruled out for Wednesday's contest versus the Spurs due to the league's COVID-19 safety protocols. Caruso's absence will mark his second game in a row out of the mix, as Dennis Schroder having played 36 minutes Monday without his true backup. Caruso falls into the category of being more valuable in an actual NBA contest than from a fantasy perspective when the Lakers are at full strength. He can remain on the waiver wire in all season-long formats for the time being, with his next chance to return to the floor coming Friday against San Antonio.--Jesse Borek
