4 years agoLos Angeles Lakers forward/center Anthony Davis finally broke through Friday against the San Antonio Spurs. Davis finished with a season-high 34 points on 13-for-26 shooting, 11 rebounds, five assists, four three-pointers and two steals in 35 minutes. Davis has been a disappointed based on his standards this season, but finally posted a monster stat line Friday. Unfortunately, Davis did not record a block and only has two total swats on the season. Another concern is the probability Davis sits on back-to-backs this season, which he already missed one. The next back-to-back set starts January 7th, so managers have a little bit of time to prepare. Davis and the Lakers will face the Memphis Grizzlies in each of their next two games.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
