Ben Simmons Records First Triple-Double Of Season In Win
4 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons finished Saturday's victory over Charlotte with 15 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists, logging his first triple-double of the new year. The 11 assists set a new season high, while Simmons shot 6-for-9 from the floor and 3-for-5 from the free-throw stripe. Having scored between nine and 16 points in each of his first six games, Simmons' role in the offense appears plenty stable, yet capped with Tobias Harris, Joel Embiid, and Co. healthy. He gets to run it back versus Charlotte on Monday, giving him ample DFS intrigue on top of his stable season-long floor.
