Collin Sexton Drops Game-High 27 Points In Victory
4 years agoCleveland Cavaliers point/shooting guard Collin Sexton poured in a game-high 27 points during Saturday's win over Atlanta, marking his sixth straight contest passing the 20-point plateau to begin the year. In what has been a small sample size thus far, Sexton has embraced the role of No. 1 scoring option for the Cavs and has shot 55.6 percent overall, including 55 percent from behind the arc. Having bumped up his assist (3.7) and steal (1.5) totals to kick-off the season from where they sat in 2019-20, Sexton has vaulted a tier into a definite must-start roster commodity with his next chance to continue his scoring barrage coming Monday versus the Magic.
