Larry Nance Jr. Goes Ice-Cold From Field In Defeat
4 years agoCleveland Cavaliers power forward/center Larry Nance Jr. figured to have immense upside coming into Tuesday's contest versus Utah without Andre Drummond (Achilles, calf) in the mix, but he was unable to capitalize, finishing with just six points and seven rebounds across his 30 minutes. Nance tied his season-high with 11 field-goal attempts but hit only two of them, including going 1-for-5 from behind the arc after a recent hot streak. Despite his entrenched role among the team's starting five, Nance's fantasy production hasn't taken the next step into becoming a sure thing as a season-long asset in the vast majority of leagues. His next time out comes against the Knicks on Friday, a team that has showcased one of the game's premier defensive units to this stage.
