4 years agoOrlando Magic shooting guard Evan Fournier (back) has been ruled out for Friday's game versus Boston as he continues to battle back spasms. Fournier's back issues have consistently popped him up on the injury report, but being ruled out so far ahead of tip-off could indicate that his absence will be longer than anticipated. James Ennis has held down a starting role without Fournier available, although Dwayne Bacon has been arguably the biggest offensive beneficiary of the veteran's absence. Fournier's next chance at suiting up comes Saturday against Brooklyn.--Jesse Borek
