4 years agoHouston Rockets center DeMarcus Cousins (ankle) has been deemed doubtful to take the floor for Saturday's game versus San Antonio due to a sore right ankle. Cousins' return has been somewhat underwhelming from a fantasy perspective, as he has averaged just 14 minutes per game, scoring in single digits in seven of his eight contests to open the year. Without him in the mix Saturday, Christian Wood should see a whopping share of the minutes load at the center spot, although the team has shown a willingness to utilize P.J. Tucker at the center slot, as well. Barring a dramatic change of fortune, don't expect Cousins to have a chance at suiting up until Monday against the Bulls.--Jesse Borek
