4 years agoChicago Bulls small/power forward Patrick Williams (hip) has been ruled out for Monday's contest versus the Rockets as he battles a hip contusion. Williams' health status has steadily slid since Sunday, with Garrett Temple entering the starting five in his place. Otto Porter (back) has also been ruled out, meaning that Thaddeus Young is likely to be the team's first forward off the bench. Williams has held a steady role to begin his NBA career, albeit one that has left room for considerable growth in production. His next chance to take the floor comes Friday against Charlotte.--Jesse Borek
