4 years agoHouston Rockets power forward/center Christian Wood (ankle, personal) was given an excused absence from practice Monday, which has further flummoxed his availability for Tuesday's contest versus Washington. Should Wood remain sidelined, DeMarcus Cousins would figure to remain among the starting five and have considerable DFS appeal. No matter who gets the start, they'll have enormous fantasy upside, as the Wizards have been demolished by opposing centers this year, which is likely to be further enhanced by the team's perilous depth at the position for the time being.
