Kevin Durant Has A Rough Shooting Night On Monday
4 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant scored a team-high 20 points on 6-for-21 shooting from the field and a miserable 3-for-12 shooting from deep on Monday during the win over the Miami Heat. However, he made amends by adding 13 boards, five assists, two blocks, and a steal. Although the former MVP had a rough night from an efficiency standpoint, he is still shooting a career-high 53.8 percent from the field and 47.5 percent from deep, so fantasy managers should give him a free pass. With at least 31 points in four of his previous five outings, Durant should remain starting in all fantasy formats, even if his shooting percentages begin to head south. Next up for the 32-year-old and the Nets will be a three-game road trip, with meetings against Atlanta, OKC, and Washington.
