4 years agoThe Washington Wizards may be short on players under the league's health and safety protocols, but that doesn't mean that point guard Russell Westbrook will have his minutes restriction removed for Tuesday's contest. Westbrook is capped in the mid-20s, per head coach Scott Brooks, which means that Raul Neto (groin) -- who has been cleared to play -- should hold a sizable role off the bench. Westbrook has been battling a quad injury dating back to before the Wizards were forced to break due to COVID-19 concerns, and with Tuesday's game being the first of a back-to-back, it'll be interesting to see how Brooks and D.C. handle their star's workload. The minutes cap throws Westbrook's DFS value Tuesday into flux, as while the Rockets present a revenge game for the former MVP, he may also not have enough time on the floor to exceed value.--Jesse Borek
