4 years agoWashington Wizards point guard Raul Neto (groin) has been given the thumbs up to return to action for Tuesday's game versus the Rockets, but will be facing a minutes restriction as he battles a groin ailment. Neto hasn't played since Jan. 11, having started his two most recent contests with Russell Westbrook having been unavailable. With Westbrook back among the starting five (and facing a minutes cap of his own), Neto will rejoin the second unit and have limited fantasy value, particularly so if his minutes are to be lower than the 16.9 he has averaged this year. Should Washington stick to its plan of resting Westbrook on back-to-backs, fantasy managers could eye Neto on Wednesday against New Orleans assuming he's healthy.--Jesse Borek
