4 years agoDenver Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr. compiled 17 points with five rebounds, four steals, three treys, and one assist in a victory over Miami. Porter looked shaky in his first game back this month but has really stepped up his play in the three games since, with averages of 20.3 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.0 triples, and 2.3 steals in 29.3 minutes per contest. He continues to come off the bench behind Will Barton, though that may not continue if he keeps playing like this. Porter will get a great matchup on Friday against the Spurs, who have struggled to defend small forwards this season.--Tim Capurso
