4 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves power forward/center Naz Reid (wrist) is on track to add to the team's list of absences for Friday's game versus Philadelphia due to a right wrist sprain. While Reid is officially listed as a game-time decision, he is reportedly battling mobility issues, which seems difficult to overcome on his shooting hand. Without Reid, Karl-Anthony Towns or Juancho Hernangomez available in the frontcourt, Jarred Vanderbilt and Ed Davis are presumably in line for significantly increased roles Friday, driving up their DFS appeal. Reid's likely next best chance at taking the floor comes Sunday against the Cavaliers.--Jesse Borek
