4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans center Steven Adams (calf) is now listed as doubtful to play Monday against the Sacramento Kings. Adams left Saturday's loss to the Houston Rockets with a calf strain and was originally questionable to play. The Pelicans will likely let Adams loosen up in warm-ups before making a final decision, but all signs point to him sitting this one out. Jaxson Hayes is the next man up at the center spot, but they could use Zion Williamson more as a small-ball five. If that is the case, Josh Hart and Nickeil Alexander-Walker would be in line for more minutes.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
