4 years agoSan Antonio Spurs center Jakob Poeltl will start for forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge (hip) against the Minnesota Timberwolves. This was to be expected as Poeltl was the starter when Aldridge sat earlier this season and Rudy Gay (hip) is also sidelined. Poeltl has been playing well lately with averages of 5.5 points on 71.4 percent from the field, 6.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.8 blocks in just 20.8 minutes per game. Poeltl has not seen a big boost in minutes in the three starts earlier this season, but with Gay out he should at least hit the 25 minute mark. If you need a rebounds, blocks and solid field-goal percentage, Poeltl could be a stream option Wednesday.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
