4 years agoPortland Trail Blazers small/power forward Nassir Little (knee) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the 76ers due to a sprained left knee. The injury comes at a particularly inopportune time for Little, who dropped a career-high 30 points versus Milwaukee on Monday. With Derrick Jones Jr. (foot) sidelined, Little had a chance to join the starting five and showcase his all-around game in a way that his sporadic bench role had not allowed. Without him in the mix, Rodney Hood should see a slight bump in usage and minutes. Little's next chance to return to action comes Saturday against New York.--Jesse Borek
