4 years agoGolden State Warriors small forward Kelly Oubre Jr. exploded for a career-high 40 points in Thursday's blowout win over Dallas, shooting 14-for-21 from the field and sinking seven treys with 10 attempts. His line included eight rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block with two turnovers in 36 minutes. The 25-year-old forward has had a horrible time in Golden State, but the Warriors used a small lineup for the contest with Draymond Green at the center position and it seemed to have fit Oubre Jr. superbly. Green had a season-high 15 assists in the game. Golden State has another game against the Mavs on Saturday, so Oubre Jr. gets a quick chance to repeat his success.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
