4 years agoWashington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal scored a game-high 31 points on good 11-for-22 shooting on Sunday, but the team took another L with a 119-97 defeat to Charlotte. He was 3-for-9 from deep, adding six rebounds to his line with one turnover in 28 minutes. Beal was a shocking 1-for-14 from the field in his last game against Miami, so it was a nice bounce-back performance by the NBA's leading scorer. The Wizards keep racking up losses, but Beal has been on fire throughout the season with 12 30-point outings in 18 appearances. He'll go for another one on Monday against the Bulls, who are among the few teams that have managed to slow down Beal this season. The Washington sharpshooter shot only 14.5 percent from deep against Chicago in two games earlier in the season and he failed to hit the 30-point mark in both outings.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
